Information for Buyers
Auction Commences 12 noon Sharp, Sunday 20th of June 2010.

Registration:
All prospective buyers must register at the Landmark Buyer Registration Office on site prior to auction.
Terms are strictly cash unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneers.
Delivery:
Will be buyers’ responsibility at the conclusion of the sale.
State Health Protocol:
Buyers, please ensure that you are aware of the necessary State Health Protocol required at the destination of your purchase. For further information please contact Landmark.
Terms of Payment:
Terms of payment are strictly cash at time of purchase in accordance with the conditions of sale. Bank or approved cheques accepted on prior arrangement. For further information contact Wilson Beer of Landmark phone - 0428 505 520.
GST:
GST will be payable by Australian resident purchasers at the rate of 10% over and above the knockdown price.
Buying Orders:
Buyers orders can be placed with Landmark Personnel who will be in attendance on Auction day. Telephone bidding, both national and international, will be available on the day and should be arranged in advance. Phone Wison Beer on 0428 505 520.
Registration transfers:
All alpacas are registered on the International Alpaca Register (IAR). The buyers will pay all transfer fees of all stock purchased, if transfers are required.
